The Santa Barbara Choral Society Women's Chorus performed the Fifth Movement of Mahler's haunting "Symphonie No. 3" as Guest Artists for the Music Academy of the West's Summer Festival with the Academy Festival Orchestra at the Granada Theatre on Saturday, August 16, 2008 to a sold-out house. It was a great honor for the Society to have been included in this magnificent finale to the Music Academy's Summer of 2008 program.
